1. Log into your account
Your store account is the key to your membership perks, so you will need to be logged-in to build a kit. If you're logged in but can't see what's in (2) please refresh this page!
2. The member's area
When logged in, a new menu called "Members-Only" will appear at the top. Here is the link to the Kit Builder! You will also find other links related to your membership.
3. Pay with store credits
We've sent your first $10 credits to your email. Credits can be used to pay your purchases by entering your store card number at checkout. You can use one card completely, or partially until its balance is 0. You may even use multiple cards at a time!
4. Manage your billing
You can manage your membership's billing directly from your Account*.
*The link becomes available after your first renewal.

How do I get a custom kit?
As a member, you can build a kit any time within the monthly order window. You can use store credits and/or any other accepted payment method.
When is the kit builder updated?
Normally, we release a new selection of products once a month. Upcoming dates can be found in the BYK Calendar. Please join our mailing list to receive a notification, and follow us on Instagram (@stickykit)
Do my store credits ever expire?
They will never expire. Store credits can be spent on anything from our site.
When will I be billed? How do I cancel?
You will be billed on the same day every month, from the day you signed up. You can cancel any time (after 2 orders) by logging into your account.
