Let's have brunch with some sticker fun! April's Sticky Kit gave us a lot of cute washi tapes and stickers that revolve around the theme of food and brunch. Especially, the watercolor bread masking tape by Papier Platz evokes a warm and fuzzy feeling when I use it as borders on the Hobonichi spread. Dancing among colorful blocks are the cute food-inspired creatures that remind me of afternoon snacks when I come home from school when I was a kid. They are the perfect accent to your daily journal entry, as well as whimsical characters on the monthly calendar amongst your notes and to-dos.
Another washi tape that caught my attention from this kit is the "meal" by Pine Book. It's a special tearable style of washi tape where you can choose to show off a long roll of washi, or break it off into separate food dishes to highlight your pages. I paired it with coffee themed washi tapes from my own collection, as it represents my Starbucks coffee fix and lunch outings that happens every Thursday. I'll also be using a lot of the sticker flakes that perfectly captures little food items that one would order at a breakfast restaurant. If you have frequent brunch dates with your girlfriends on weekends, this April Sticky Kit is perfect for you!
